DESPITE WHAT YOUR SCHOOL SCIENCE TEACHER SAID, THE SUN IS NEVER IN THE CENTRE OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM!
This explains one reason for climate change (nothing to do with CO2). The science is clear since Newton: the Sun is NOT at the centre of the Solar System: it is at the BARYCENTRE: the moving CENTRE OF MASS of the Solar System. This and NOT CO2 causes climate change. The second Copernican Revolution requires the basic understanding that the planets exert a gravitational pull on the Sun, BOTH moving it towards the Earth in regular cycles, and also increasing surface solar activity, much like the gravitational pull of the moon changes the ocean tides on Earth.
