As i like summer so much and it is my favorite time of the year i am looking forward to it every winter when the winter took already too long. But we'll have winter in Austria till about the middle of March. In this time i don't have so much power than during the year, it's also because there is much less light from the sun that i am receiving. And why i have so much time writing here on steemit instead of beeing out in the nature for some nice walks or photography trips.

Upcomming highlights

I am planing to visit the place with the ground squirrels in the middle of April together with Stefan for some nice photography, and to try my new Nikon D500 on wildlife photography. Also in April we plan to visit the Taugl wich is a creek in Salzburg with very nice walls and colors. We plan to visit it with our waders so we can really get to a nice place for taking exceptional photography. I already know it will be great, it will still depend on the weather because if the weather is not fine it is very dangerous to get in there because the water can rise very fast there and already some people died because they got surprised by the amout of water.

Another thing is you have to be very careful not to slip because the stones in the water are very slippery of the seaweed

Another visit to the "Neusiedlersee" in Burgenland for wildlife photography. We plan to visit the Neusiedlersee again this year because it was so great the last year and we enjoyed our results from this holiday so much.

Helgoland and Hamburg

In May we plan to visit Helgoland and Hamburg for a week of wildlife photography and cityscape photography. I hope the pictures there get really nice and i am looking forward to share them with you. We already booked the hotel and the accomodation for these two destinations and we fly from Linz to Hamburg with the Austrian Airlines.

Another trip to Greece?

As i don't know yet when to get holiday for this tip it is still a question if i am visiting greece this year again but if i get enough holiday and time is right i am looking forward to do this trip once again mainly for relaxing but i can't tell you i am not taking pictures there.

Wildlife and nature destinations in Austria

We plan to visit nice place in austria this year again where we can drive in one day and return to Linz so we don't need to sleep over somewhere else. I am sure i want to visit the Antrachinger Au, the place with the ground squirrels, central cementary in vienna and several nice place in Upper Austria for some wildlife and nature photography. With my New D500 i hope i can improove a lot in wildlife sector becaus it is much better than my current D5100 wich has a slow autofocus, fewer autofocus points, fewer pictures in a second, older sensor ..........
