Steemit Gold ''tokens''
Hi steemers.
I was thinking of how we could potential use the "Gold token" feature reddit has for the steemit platform and if that would be of any benefit for our stakes on steemit. So here is the raw idea behind my thought process.
The gold token
Would be a token of recognition that could be awarded to comments for their contribution to a discussion from other members the token would be created by the wallet of the person that awards it in a fix price of 1 SD worth of steem and it would be claimed from the receiver as Steem power.
In practice the process should be automated in a way that when you claim your Gold token the steem worth of the token should be added to your Steem Power.
This is a raw idea and it might need some tweaks to work out properly but I find it promising, what the steemit community thinks of it?

That's the idea, behind it, it takes advantage of the generosity of its community to straighten further the bonds of engagement to its members.
Without using the transaction / active password, these tokens could be 'parked' only in limited numbers as long as its convenient enough to transfer without the fuss of password-keying, and safe enough (without being a large amount)
This is the tricky part where my knowledge can't assist further. I think the active password would be needed as it is basically a monetary transaction that moves funds from one wallet to steam power to another. It is the equivalent of promoting comments in my eyes.... I would also loved to see a tab dedicated to the most upvoted and rewarded comments of the day.
