Give up toxic people… You are the average of 5 people you spend most time with.

I picked so many lessons from Usain bolt’s final race. Let me gist you what happened.
Usain bolt had a hamstring injury and limped till he fell on the floor and could not continue with the race. In fact, a wheel chair was brought to take him out of the track field. I was reading comments from people regarding the race. And I saw a lot of people saying that he pretended to have an injury because he noticed that he could not win the race. Some said the way he fell was fishy.
LESSONS FROM THE USAIN RACE:
- Once you are successful in whatever you are doing, so many will be watching you not to rejoice with you but to see the slightest mistake you can make to use it against you. I was never surprised when some comments were saying that Usain Bolt was pretending to be injured just because he saw that he has lost the race. People can find fault so easily, so don’t be surprised when the work of a set of people is to find fault in what you are doing. It is path of the process.
- That you are always winning does not mean you will win forever. A time comes in a man’s life when you need to hand over to the next generation.
- Success is never destined to a particular set of people. Records can be beaten. You can beat the best performing person. All it takes is for you to keep on training hard in your skills and talents.
- Till someone beats Usain Bolt Records, He is still the G.O.A.T (Meaning Greatest of All Time) in Athletics and even if someone beats his records. My generation will not forget the Name “Usain Bolt” and I will preserve his race videos for my future children.
