Asking Questions and Getting Comfortable with the Risks

in #success2 years ago

Investing in anything – be it stocks, bonds or cryptocurrencies – involves some risk. But that doesn't mean you should avoid all investments altogether. The key is to understand the risks involved and invest only an amount you are comfortable losing.

If you don't understand something about an investment, don't be afraid to ask questions until you do. And if you're still not comfortable after doing your research, it's probably best to steer clear. There's no shame in admitting something isn't for you; Better safe than sorry with your hard earned money!

Another important way to avoid securities fraud is to know who you are dealing with before investing any money. If someone approaches you out of the blue - whether in person, online or over the phone - and asks you to invest in something, beware! It is always best to seek investment advice from a trusted financial advisor or other professional who knows your situation and objectives.
