It's the best way to operate in life. Pick small goals and hit them. Small steps make big gains over time and it's how i've always operated on STEEM. I started off aiming for 300SP and have kept going from there as i've hit each new target. I love having something to aim for and being on STEEM gives plenty chances to do it.
it really does start to snow ball. the small goals start becoming huge wins.
