Wow these are great points that I have never thought of or implemented in helping me change my old behaviors or habits. My son calls it "New Normal" love that. I really like the idea of 30 days breaking this new habit or behavior into a small step so that it sets me up to succeed as it is a small goal rather than grand....that is when I give up and start using excuses. Also like how you explained how to associate that bad habit to something that you enjoy or look forward to. Brilliant. Because I am a visual person I am going to put a big X on my calendar I have on my fridge to show I met my achieved new habit. Don't know why but things like that work for me. I think I may be a tad OCD. Thanks for helping me be a better version of myself......Appreciated. P.S. Have you ever seen Bill Murray's movie Baby Steps it is an older movie and a comedy at that but it actually is based on how to achieve things by taking Baby Steps.

Haven't seen the movie but do remember the name of it. Will have to check it out. I like Bill Murray's movies, I remember him watching him growing up.
