Success and recognition

There is such a saying that success and recognition have nothing in common. Supporters of this idea say that recognition comes as a result of some merit, and success is in general a monstrous thing that comes to people for nothing. Here you involuntarily come to the conclusion that success is comparable with mass worship to those people who have it.

In fact, success and recognition are two sides of the same coin. When people achieve something worthwhile in life, recognition comes to them. But is it possible to achieve something worthwhile - does it mean to BECOME SUCCESSFUL? Promotion of the career ladder is not possible without achieving success in their profession. Any development of a person means achieving success in one area or another.

For example, you decided to sing, but your voice is not developed at all. To become a real singer, you need to develop your voice. You took a new key - success, you achieved a melodious sound of a voice - also a success. So, step by step, success after success, you gradually come to the perfect sound of your voice.

Among the representatives of show business there are very few geniuses (those people who have a voice by nature). Most of them studied variety artistry, developed their voice qualities, etc. In other words, before they reached the stage, they achieved success in developing their professional qualities. Without these successes, there would be no recognition.

The same thing happens in other areas of our life. A vivid example is the Olympic champions. The path to their victories (and for one and for recognition), flows through a series of small successes, which they reach on daily trainings. Sometimes, to improve their results, they do the same workouts for weeks (or months). Just imagine, for one small success, they spend whole months on training. Otherwise, it is impossible to achieve great victories that will give recognition.

Recognition always comes as a result of small successes. More simple language can be said this way - always there is only recognition of success. Therefore, if a person claims that recognition and success are two absolutely unrelated things, then most likely he himself does not know what he is talking about.
