The Success of a Team is Dependant on the Team Members
A team is a number of people with complementary skills who have a committed purpose that is common to them, this people who are involved in a team have a common purpose, have a definite likely goal and a definite approach to get things done for each other.
A good team however requires a good leader who they will all be accountable to and who will on the other hand be accountable to them.
A good leader as well needs the strong backing of faithful team members in order to make the team strong and attain a reasonable level of success.
The more talented the team members, the lesser the work of the leader, because his job becomes easy and usually less stressful.
As a true leader, you must be able to get your team members to work, learn to assign different duties to different members of the group in order to make the work easy for the leader.
