It seems we live in a world of symbols, we are somewhat controlled by innocuous signs, at least we assume that they are innocuous. Symbol have been used since the beginning or time and they are still in use. We are so inured to them we are sometimes unaware of their presence.

As an example, we see this logo

and what comes to mind? This probably conveys a message that you're thirsty. These subliminal messages are so effective that back in the 70s it was banned. Back before the banning, movies had incorporated subliminal messages in the movies which showed pictures of a desert to induced viewers to become thirsty, this was done to increase the sales of drinks.

Now consider if a companies logo incorporates and innocuous symbol referencing a masonic practice. What this will instill in a person is their belief in what masons represent. If you closely examine music videos, company logos and various advertisement you will discover that these subliminal cues are incorporated in them.

This post is not meant to pander to some conspiracy theory, I only ask why. Is it an innocent faus pax or is there a nefarious method behind the act.
