Finally figured out how to prepare #suadero the proper Mexican way. Turns out it needs cooked in water for like 2 hours before shredding, then fried in tallow until slightly crispy. I salted it the day before and it led to an almost corned beef like quality. It hit the spot. Worth the effort. #tacossintortillas #carnivorediet #carnivoreinMexico #meatheals #share2steem
