Studying in a foreign country

Hope you are good. I am myself studying in a different country so I will tell you how much difficult it is to be living away from your home in a different culture with different people with different backgrounds and religions. The one of the main problems while you are in a foreign country is communicating. As English is a global language spoken worldwide but still there are lot of countries where people can't understand English that well
