One day at a time
Let each day count. Live in the present now. Plan for the future, but don't allow the worries of tomorrow rob you off the joy of today.
Living your life one day at a time doesn't mean you don't care about the future. It doesn't mean you don't care about your dreams and aspirations. It simply means making the best out of each day.
A lot of people's sorrows will be halved if they begin to take things one day at a time.
I just got up from sleep with a lot of issues were beclouding my mind, and they are mostly things about the future. But I just realized that my surest way to happiness and less depressed mind is to start taking it one day at a time.

We just imagine the future and the past, but they give us real stress in the here and now! Yes it is certainly helpful to remember to just be here now, and to be grateful for all the great things happening today :) Love your content, I might give the STTP tag a go as I tend to write very long posts.
Worry less about tomorrow as it would take care of itself you have more than enough worries for today . Tomorrow will take care of itself.. we should learn to enjoy each and every moment .
