If I text my colleague and told him that I am not going to work with someone from the management because reasons I would be fired within an hour if it leaked. Like wtf? Also why does US need 17.. SEVENTEEN intelligence agencies? How is that ever effective? Every country need just 3 at most... military specific intelligence with sub-branch for counter-intelligence, civilian intelligence/counter-intelligence with sub-branches for homeland and outside of borders activities and something like the FBI which is something between police and homeland/civilian intelligence-LITE agency. Nothing more. Even if you spliced them into spying and counter spying and made them their own agencies you would get 5 and even if you made their homeland branch and offshore branches their own agencies you would get 9.... 17 what the hell are they doing?
