Since world stroke awareness month is coming very soon and it is in the next two month.
I want to talk about our own experience with that in the house.

My father is one of the victim whom had stroke long time ago like 10-15 years back in time but it was controlled till January 2017 he had another new stroke which he was unable to walk and write properly from his right side because his stroke damage is from the left side of the brain.

Doctors and friends of him awarned him to take 100% precocious and to not stop plavix for not any reason like this one because he stopped it to go to dentist because this stroke called aphasia and would come again in the coming months

February 2017 like today he felt tired and lazy and couldn't walk or eat or anything else till we entered the hospital and they knew he has pneumonia and water on his chest in a large quantity and they need to do normal drainage to take the water outside.

For that reason they stopped the plavix and they started to take water outside and they didnt take into consideration that he had not long time ago a real hard stroke that might come again and opened their eyes on the other problem
One from those 3 days in the hospital dad felt down And couldn't walk at all and he is literally half paralyzed a plus it was his speech that went off and also his swallowing that means he cannot talk and cannot eat anymore.

For speech therapy it is impossible to get back his speech because his stroke called broka aphasia for the swallowing it is coming bit a bit back but we took into consideration when he lost a lot of weight so we did an operation and put a tube in his stomach to put food into it blended in the mixer.

And finally for the walking issue he is day by day closer to walking and moving with the aids of physiotherapist and our especially our help in motivating him and give him hope.

More common symptoms are here taken from www.webmd.com
What Are the Symptoms of Stroke?

The most common symptoms of a stroke are:

Weakness or numbness of the face, arm, or leg on one side of the body
Loss of vision or dimming (like a curtain falling) in one or both eyes
Loss of speech, difficulty talking, or understanding what others are saying
Sudden, severe headache with no known cause
Loss of balance or unstable walking, usually combined with another symptom

To end up not all people with stroke especially the ones with the speech therapy issue do not understand or think but they can not communicate back with the ideas they have in mind because they lost the ability.
I will be writing in my next post how doctors didn't give us hope and how we fight to get a better situation and a better results with vitamins i will be advising you too what to take as vitamins in this case that helped my dad so much especially in his old age.

This is a final advise from www.webmd.com
That is true 100%

Your doctor can evaluate your risk for stroke and help you control your risk factors. Sometimes, people experience warning signs before a stroke occurs.

These are called transient ischemic attacks (also called TIA or "mini-stroke") and are short, brief episodes of the stroke symptoms listed above. Some people have no symptoms warning them prior to a stroke or symptoms are so mild they are not noticeable. Regular check-ups are important in catching problems before they become serious. Report any symptoms or risk factors to your doctor.

Any question you would like to ask you can post and i will be back asap to you
