Remember, the world around you will not change, so the only thing in your power - to learn everywhere and always feel comfortable.

So, here is a list of what is strictly prohibited on the way to a healthy life :

1.The influence of stress on a person begins, first of all, with lack of sleep. The conclusion is obvious: sacrificing precious hours of sleep for the sake of work or other urgent matters is by no means possible.

2."Wash down" fatigue with alcohol.

3.Independently (without the advice of a doctor) prescribe yourself a sedative and psychotropic medication.

4.Silence about their experiences and problems.

How to reduce the harmful effects of stress on health

To adjust your nervous system, perform a few simple rules daily:

If it is difficult for you to fall asleep, give up the temptation to take a sleeping pills of synthetic origin. which are often a source of stress. Answer yourself honestly, perhaps you are giving too much time to work? Think about how much time you need to get distracted and take a break from the routine. Fix in your notebook your new daily routine and strictly adhere to it.

4.Find yourself a lesson that will surely help you overcome fatigue and get away from problems. Reread your favorite book, go to the gym, look at the children with an old good comedy.

Gather with the spirit and stop thinking about what makes you nervous, at least for a while. Learn to completely dissolve in a walk, socializing with family, hobbies and other pleasant pursuits.
