Stress Returns...

Well... My stress came back... I probably won't post for awhile until I calmed down. But no worries! I will be back soon! I'm looking up more stuff on how to deal with stress. So I'll be back... :)

I hope you find some help! Breathing deeply and slowly can help. Also exercise, especially if it makes you sweat so you can get rid of some bad stress hormones. Music you love, funny videos. And drawing helps you I thought! :) I hope you feel better and come back soon!
