1 Treat yourself to something special -  like a hot fudge sundae.

2 Give yourself a “time-out” – chat with a friend over lunch or catch a movie.

3 Do something playful -  like toss a Frisbee or jump rope.

4 Prop your feet up and listen to soothing music or read a book. Take a relaxing bath or wacth a funny TV show.

5 Close your eyes and let go of tension through deep breaths. Buy fresh flowers and enjoy their beauty.

6 sip hot tea or hot chocolate with marshmallows.

7 Don’t let little things get to you – like traffic tie – ups or grocery lines ( sing in traffic and think about all the good things in your life in line).

8 Do not wait for summer vacation or the Christmas holidays to enjoy a hobby; these can be great stress busters that keep you feeling happy and cheerful.

9 If things are becoming too tight, look to Mother Nature for some peace. Tackle each problem by breathing it down into manageable tasks.

10 Get Adequate sleep.
