How to reduce stress ?steemCreated with Sketch.

Stress is something which builds anxeity of anything and nowadays youngsters are in full of stress to their career , something they loose hopes to get success which is a reason why a man came down with full of anger and bad behaviour. But let's not worry about it i have something to introduce with you to reduce your stress that can be anything as what google says in its terms but few which reduced my own stress are :-

  1. Sex - Having sexual relation in younger age is a intimacy of every youth but it is also a way by which you can reduce your stress, but sometimes it affects vice-versa when you tries to do forceful sex you looses your control over your partner and which can even build an anxeity of performance. So be careful and have a good sexual life.

  2. Get a proper sleep - This is the most important point in my life to change from a failure with full of stress to a successful person. Wakeing up by 6.00 is best to keep your mind fresh that to with six hours sleep.

  3. Say yes to "No" - This is also an important point as to where one can reduce its stress by just saying No to anything which he don't want to do and be relaxed and happy all what's happening near around as with no work load.

All this is what i can share about my personal veiw so that i can be successful person with full of confidence.
