it could very well be -- fun+punisher.. just the same it keeps on entertaining drivers who are trailing the truck.

That is actually Satoshis truck, he is hauling a load of central bankers out to hang. In reference to his rear flag it is actually a play on both words, he is punishing them, finishing them and he is having fun while doing it.
