A Beautiful Trash Enclosure to Fend off Scavengers San Diego California streetphotography
People go through this alley at night to go through the trash for recycling or to find anything useful that someone else threw away. Well, not anymore at this dumpster. It is now completely protected against the people who try to do that.
The gates are locked at night and you can see the cage on top of the fence to be certain no one climbs over to try to find anything.
San Diego’s homeless population is growing fast, and this is a result of that.
