Street Food Adventure@steemflow #4 - Aaloo Paratha

Welcome all steemians....another foodie Tuesday....and Namaste to all 🙏

Today we gonna explore very common food of India..Although it is made at home as well...but havin hot Aaloo Paratha in winter on street ...is quite diffetent....😁👌😁👌

Any stuffed chapati made up of wheat flour and fried with refined oil and serve with a piece of butter alongwith chilli pickle and red and green chutney is yummiest of all.

On street the vendor set up a small cart and all the ingredients were ready for preparation.

Chopped onion , messed potatoes, chopped corriender , and kneaded flour. Small balls were made of the kneaded flour and all the ingredients were stuffed into it. The balls were then rolled into olate shape and then put into a bog saucer shape tawa made up of iron.

The saucer shapes chapati were let on to the tawa to be baked properly. It needed to be roll up and down to cook properly from both side.

The baked paratha is ready to be served. Well forget to mention...aalo means potato. Aaloo paratha is stuffed with messed potatos .

Well its time for me to have my Aaloo paratha.
