Well, he certainly is cute and what beautiful artistry - he kind of shows up everything else in those grey, concrete surroundings!
Yes... the area and especially these streets look very dirty and dodgy, depressing and total grey. The cat is a little light on the corner. .. Actually they should just paint nice streetart all over those ugly buildings.
