Lalasaïdko is a French artist known for her Bubble style because of the pink color that she uses. She discovered graffiti thanks to hip-hop music and her meeting with the street artist Bebar. Her universe mixes modern and traditional Japanese culture, manga and mythological figures.

I'm not sure that this work is from her, but it's very close. Pink, funny eyes, and the cat is a recurring character in her work.
