Taiwanese Street Food - Taipei Street Food - Flavourful Stew Beef in Shilin Night Market
牛哥滷味 （niu ge lu wei) is located opposite of the entrance of shilin night market, outskirt of the crowded part of the night market, it is infront of Daorakuyatai ramen store which you can see it on Google map. They are selling stew beef meat, tandon, and stomach that stew in very rich Chinese herbs sauce. And they have ramen too which cook in the stewer sauce, absorbing all the beef flavor, if you like beef, and you are in shilin, this store is a must try!
For fellow Malaysian, they are going to open a branch in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur within this year, if I get any updates, I will let you all know.
牛哥滷味是在士林夜市比較外圍區，就在十全排骨對面，道樂屋前面。他菜單上就有牛三寶：牛肉，牛肚，和牛筋，以及泡麵。牛肉類都滷得很入味，但不會柴，牛筋有嚼勁但又嫩，牛肚味道最香，因為它的構造最能吸附湯汁。泡麵一定要來一份，老闆會用滿滿牛精華和草藥的滷汁來煮泡麵，整個很香∼∼ 有去士林可以去試試看∼
