Her face felt funny. It was hard to guess exactly what she was feeling or why. The rest of her felt relatively normal. Standing in front of a mirror she finally made a diagnosis. She was smiling. Just a tiny smile but it made all the difference in the world.

Feeling better isn't always attributable to one single thing. It might take time and many different types of interventions but it's a beautiful thing when something starts to work.
