Casper McCallister suspected something was a little off when his splendid mum tried to scrub him when he was just six years old. Nevertheless, he lived a relatively normal life among other humans.
It wasn't until he bumped into the devilishly clumsy shape shifter, Hector Meadows, that his life finally began to make sense.
However, Hector proved to be adorable and seemed to have an unhealthy obsession with partying. Casper soon learnt that Hector had taken an oath never to hug a human being.
When Casper's splendid mum is injured in a dancing accident, Casper realises his own life is at risk.
Despite Hector'sfoul odour and whopping ears, Casper finds himself falling for the shape shifter. Only fate will decided whether he kills or protects him.
One night, a loch ness monster appears before Casper and warns him of a darkness within Hector. The loch ness monster gives Casper the minuscule sword - the only weapon that can defeat a clumsy shape shifter.
Will Casper find it in himself to kill the only creature who has ever made him feel truly confused? (Hint: yes!)
