In fact, in terms of filmmaking, story jokes like that make for great scripts to film. Many times, if you're ever itching to make a short film but can't come up with a plot, jokes are a great way to go.
Absolutely. You take a funny premise and you base the plot around it. For short videos it's like gold :)
