The IS has killed 15 people in the conflict

Provincial government spokesman Ataullah Khogani said that the IS has killed 15 people. However, its details are not known.

The ISO has not given any statement. However, earlier in Syria and Iraq, the ISIS killed its fighters in the same area in their own territory. For this reason, they make allegations against the warriors against espionage or attempt to escape.
