Our home and Mia
In this post I decided to share to this wonderful community some photos of our home and Mia. We took them last year, when she was still alive... She died at Christmas day, it was very sad, but we knew that day would come, since she had advanced cancer. She lived in Pedro's parents house in the city... and since she spent most of her days alone, and she was gravelly ill, so we decided to take her with us and give her the chance for the first time to have her own "jungle", to enjoy freedom and discover and enjoy nature. The first weeks she was afraid, everything shook and grabbed her attention, specially the birds... you see, she had never gone outside the door of the city apartment, let alone venture through the wilderness here in our home in the country. These photos represent her happy days, the first time we really felt she was relaxed and happy. She will always have a special place in our heart :)

Really sorry about the loss.
Thank you, it was a loss, a beautiful yet painful experience; she was happy, that's all that matters.
Yes, that's actually what matters, the fact that she was happy during her life
hello @unusualconcept :) the fact that you took at your house a gravelly ill cat, shows your great soul. You must be a wonderful person :) By the way I like your house too.

Our furry family always take a little piece of our hearts with them when they leave us...but then they fill our hearts with their love, and teach us many things.
