When I first heard of the term 'legalese' I thought it was a word made-up by conspiracy researchers to define the courtroom's deceptive use of language. It turned out to be a real word, and the just us system has been arrogantly cheating the rest of the population forever through the twisting and mangling of language, in the name of the law, the bastards.
