RE: My Take on the World of Steemit and Everything In It
Thanks for the shout out:)
I think what a lot of people don't understand it that constant complaining and negativity is just as much of a turn-off to new users as the actual problems they are complaining about.
Steemit is not perfect but neither is anything else. We ned to work together to help make things better.
If I want people arguing and raking mud I can go on Reddit or Bitcointalk.
If we create somewhere that has a welcoming atmosphere and strong community then people will gradually be drawn to it by word of mouth anyway.
That's how it went in my head:
"ned to work together" --> @ned to work together :)
Excuse me, @tibonova. Don't remember doing that, but its fixed now.
No problem. I've just seen that how bad my comment looks like under my comments section.

Don't worry, buddy. It's absolutely fine, you should never have been flagged in the first place.
I don't know why this got flagged I think he/she was just trying to help and they aren't a native English speaker either.
(he) Yes, but it seems I would do better if I avoid this. It's a bad habit but sometimes useful...
Don't worry I think it was an error. I have accidentally flagged someone when I was not being careful. It is also very easy to misunderstand each other online.
As always, perfectly put, buddy!
I don't want people to take this the wrong way, but the time spent on complaining about the shortcomings of Steemit would surely be better spent producing an article of quality and merit.
Something to show others not familiar with Steemit that it is capable of attracting people of talent and creativity. That in itself would be the best possible advertisment for new users to not just sign up but also get involved.
I think we are getting there slowly but surely and I'm praying that perserverance will pay off in the end.
Thanks for your great comments and undying support for Steemit, brother!
Thank you too:)
I fully agree with this comment. I was saying exactly the same thing in the chat yesterday. What is important is to create a nice atmosphere so that users sharing common interests could join (and participate to an exchange).
Thanks mate. Yes if we sell people purely on the payment aspects then it has a strong chance of backfiring because if people don't instantly make huge amounts of money a lot of them will give up.
Very well put, @lemouth. With all the new additions and features coming out in the future, some might argue that Steemit hasn't even begun yet!
We are all the early adopters trialing the Steemit "experiment". It's just way to soon to make any sweeping fatal presumptions for a website so young.
I am totally convinced by that. Steemit is still beta and things evolve and should take the time to evolve.
as long 90% of the voting power is consumed by the whales ... nothing will safe steemit
that's not being negative, it's being factual
