Opinions needed
So...
Big news, I asked this guy out! I'm not sure if he took it as a date or not. He's super sweet and super cool, but the only problem is that i asked him out. Apparently its too forward for a girl to ask a guy out, but is that really fair? I mean, women spent a long time fighting for equal rights, and being allowed to do the same things as men, but now we're not allowed to ask boys out? Is that where they decide to draw the line?! Ugh, maybe i'm just trying to make myself feel better because i did something i never thought that i would do in my life.
What do you guys think?
Everyone is different, but I personally find a woman who can ask a man out is a strong and confidant woman, and a man who has a problem with that has at least some residual sexist issues. I'm not saying that they are big issues, in fact, having a strong woman ask them out may be exactly what a guy like that needs to work through said issues.
