My mind is a scary place to be. Especially when I am mid-fibro-flare.
Legs hurt: people lose them
Neck hurts: babies have it cut open

My pain is (luckily?) just mental. I hope your flare ends soon!
Mental pain is not fun either. I am managing my cPTSD and GAD better than I am managing the physical pain and fatigue.
