Sometimes there are so witty decisions that you are perplexed - how did no one think of this before.

One of those I had the opportunity to see a couple of years ago - turning a one-room apartment into a two-room apartment.

So, our next object is a paneled high-rise building. On the two upper floors there are loggias of increased width. Here on such a loggia owner of the apartment and decided to arrange a kitchen! All insulated, insulated. The sink and gas stove were there, but the refrigerator did not fit. Gas to hold on the balcony is not a problem, because nearby, but the water-sewage had to be pulled to the toilet. But it was worth it!
