Be kind to yourself.

We have been taught from the very childhood to be kind to others, but we forget to be kind to ourselves. Sometimes we can be very tough self-critics and plague ourselves, falling into a state of depression. Many of us neglect to take care of ourselves emotionally. Life itself is complicated, and there is no reason for its complication. Think about this for a moment, whether it is worth spending energy on staying in our past, comparing yourself with others and judging yourself.

We must understand that we, too, deserve happiness. Begin to be kind to yourself, and your confidence will improve. It is very important to be kind to yourself to have a healthy self-esteem. Doing this in small amounts every day can really boost your mood and self-esteem. If we can be kind and gentle towards others, we should be able to treat ourselves as well.

Be your own greatest motivator. Start thinking about all the good deeds that you have committed out of selflessness and rejoice in these memories. Be kind to your mind and do what makes you feel positive. Stop displeasing yourself, because it is an unnecessary burden. Errors are part of life, and it's perfectly normal to make mistakes. This is what makes us human. Suffering inflicts both physical and emotional damage on us, so just learn from them and be free.

Do good deeds for your mind. Spend at least some time to read a book or listen to music or do something that really brings you joy. Want to be happy, take more time for yourself.
