The most essential thing for us - the feelings that we experienced in those moments of the past - are not stored there. Raising the events of the past, we re-launch the mood mechanisms and begin to feel what is not with us now. It is very pleasant to realize that we carry a reserve of personal happiness in ourselves and we can enjoy it at any moment. Is the secret of happiness so simple? The barrier to it is our doubts, foundations, character. But no matter how we resist, some events are capable of triggering a chain reaction of memories, and as a result they force us to relive, to experience the moments of the past, positive or negative. Let's try right now to remember the bright moments of the past. Has the atmosphere already started to take on lighter tones? Good! But we will not dwell on this. "To live by the past is the first sign of old age," so we are interested in the present, rather even the causeless state of lightness. But how is it? The weather is grimmer than the emblem of the TV company Vid, shoes are squeezed freshly squeezed juices with pulp, in the bus competition for the most uncomfortable pose, the boss now incinerate all ears, and at home a mountain of unwashed dishes helpfully distracts from payments on kommunalka and credit bondage - a list of such thoughts is able to enter into even an experienced optimist! Our state, our mood - this is what we are thinking about now, how we treat everything, so we simply change our world view! Not easy? .. Hmm .. Maybe just replace the perception - a little antidepressants, a glass of wine in the morning before work, to plug the headphones with a mental emptiness? No, it's more like a long standby mode, just do not know what. And the whole life will pass! For a start, I can advise you more often to do what you like, to learn to allocate time, less to pay attention to negativity, which does not concern us. Too corny? Then we should take a closer look at the world and identify everything that we can be pleased with, to associate the elements of the present with the pleasant events of the past. It is enough to imagine yourself rested and happy, to make it easier already - our subconscious will independently start to suppress negative feelings, because at the same time they do not get along. Then a chain reaction begins: a happy person grasps for positive events, letting go of negative, positive in turn create a new wave of new memories, sensations and actions. The mechanism of happiness is running!
