A trainer held a book in her hand in middle of a round table conference room and asked the trainee students what the color of the book was. One half of students replied in chorus,"black!" & other half replied "Red".  Half students said that other side students were wrong and that the book was black. At this, the trainer turned the book the other way and it was red! Trainer then said,"put forth your opinion but don't say the other person is wrong before you've seen things from their perspective".
