I didn't know what a hiatal hernia was and went to look it up. The stomach pushing up into the diaphragm sounds very painful, and I'm not sure if that's what happened could be possible. I do have one food allergy, and am not looking to develop more!

In Hawaii we have juice brands that have all natural ingredients, and they taste good too. That and some oolong tea is going to bw my calling.

Gotta stay healthy! Thank you for you concern, I will make sure to be a lot safer in the coming months.
