Story Of Aceh's Lontong Enjoyment.

Do you know steemians culinary favorite aceh people who always become the idol of the guests when the Lebaran and other celebrations?.
The question that is often asked by visiting guests is " What is there lontong at home "
So do not be surprised if on the day of Eid, most of aceh communities cook lontong to welcome relatives and guests.
Lontong Aceh is different from lontong that exist in other areas in Indonesia.
The difference is in the way and processed in making lontong.
If in Jakarta, lontong made into the coconut leaves called Lontong ketupat.
While in Aceh, the rice to be cooked into lontong is put into banana leaf and wrapped, then put into round bamboo about 2 hand span, after which it is boiled with water under embers.
Once completed, a lontong dish is complemented, such as :
Carrots, potatoes, beef rendang curry, tauco shrimp, balado, anchovy, beans, tempeh, egg, fried onions, and crackers.
Finally lontong Aceh can be served with family and guests who will be visiting our homes.
Such is the story of Aceh's lontong enjoyment.
