In some Venezuelan cities, it is said that if at night you get an alcaraban (A bird with legs and a long beak) that you sing very loudly, in your house, then someone who lives there, is pregnant.
So, yes, in the house where the pure ladies are, the next day the rumor or gossip begins in the city that a girl who lives there is expecting a baby.
