Most inmates can be categorized into two categories: Long term and short term.

I liked this section because thinking long term is difficult. I remember Jeff Bezos has a timeline for Amazon that considers a 7 year time span. The Long Now Foundation considers a 10000 year span.

It is difficult in a career because so much can change to make parts of the plan invalid. You almost have to think long term and expect change to happen as part of the plan.
