Free download of No Fanfare
Yesterday I took my mother shopping for Christmas. She's getting up there in years, doesn't drive unless she must, and appreciates the help getting her shopping done.
When I published my short story "No Fanfare," I dedicated it to her. She was quite influential in building my interest in space exploration when I was young, since she made sure I was able to watch the moon launches. (Yep, I'm dating myself there!)
