I saw that. @papa-pepper have too many followers, Need to focus more on who to follow back.
If my votes were worth something I would.
But now they are still not worth 1 cent even.
When steem goes back up and my votes are worth a dime or more, I will focus more on who I vote for.

An upvote is worth Reputation, have you thought of that?
I know that, you will need an account the size of 400 Mv to do that but I can give up to .20 cents per post uppp , if I play my slider right.
People always thinks I give them lesser, coming from 10 Mv , I can give them more. 100% sometimes generally don't give much. Even 1% comes from me can sometimes give a few buck depending on the post.
