A sweet afternoon at the Beach

Sometimes we forget how important friends are. Maintaining a friendship is not eay, it's also work.

How lucky am I, that I can just, up and go somewhere with a companion? That is not a boyfriend or a spouse. That is a stranger that you met and right away the world was yours to dominate and you found a partner in crime, that's just as crazy as you are?

Anyways...
We had a lovely afternoon, with a dog and a friend on a beach, sitting our butts on the sand and seeing an adorkalbe sandy smile on the caramel looking dogs face.

The perfect wind (not too cold, not TOO windy), the perfect heat and me, being clever, by taking a hat and a water bottle.

Footwear - OF and toes in the sand. Now that's life. THAT feeling.

The trip to there is a hastle, but so worth it. You get your walk (a workout for me), and a clean, fresh air dose, to stop all those thoughts in your head.

By the end you know it was a good trip, when the dog is happy tired, and you start to deep think, instead of having all those usual loud thoughts in your head.

Now that is summer...with friends...and a dog... <3
