RE: Echoes of Tommorrow's Past - Part 13 (My Original Novella)

in #story7 years ago

Hey, @ezzy! My favourite author!

And another masterpiece chapter! I can totally relate to how James is feeling. Those visions are getting worse and more and more terrifying. And imagine having an operation that nobody else has ever had and you could potentially never regain consciousness. I don't know what I would do, but I'd certainly try anything else to fix me up first. Plus Dolores is such a mixed bags. I feel she definitely loves him but is so damn pushy (although given the seriousness of the situation, who could blame her). That's the thing with your writing. The characters are not just black or white, but have depth and layers to them. Really incredible stuff, @ezzy.

Thank you for allowing me to accompany you on this wild and intriguing ride. Cannot wait to see where we go from here. Execellent read, @ezzy.

Hey @myb! Hope you're doing well, man!

And again, what an awesome reply! Thanks for getting so involved in my story! So, yeah. You know by now that their relationship is slightly troubled at the best of times so going through an experience like this only heightens the anxiety. It's a complex situation that provides no easy answers. The route anyone what take from here is extremely subjective. Even I don't know what I'd do, but the fact of the matter is I'd be scared out of my mind.

Well, hope you like the direction I will take this from the next chapter on and strap in for the crazy ride coming up soon. Thanks for all the incredible support, my bro! :)

Good story. I can see what you did with it. Different than screenplay writing, yet it is very novel worthy. The verbose style is never my own, yet plenty of good people like you can use it wisely for the medium it is designed for. If you want to make your dialogue more unique look into "Plosives." I find it to be fantastic as it is truthfully. Have you thought of an audiobook medium, or even reciting it on sound cloud then posting it here to listen? Over all good work!

Thanks for the feedback, buddy.

Yeah, screenplay vs. novel. Very different techniques involved, narrative flow and language used. I will make it a point to check out your work and see what you're all about. Sounds interesting. And I'll also look into "Plosives" too.

Somebody on Steemit was already creating an audiobook based on a previous novel I was working on (with my permission, of course). But I took a little time out from Steemit and didn't finish the final few chapters. Therefore he also stopped too. However, after I complete my current project, I'll most probably go back to that one.

Thanks again, buddy. :)

Super awesome rock on!
