Alcoholic Stories #2: New school, new house, new drinking buddy
Intro post:
Who am I? What's the purpose of these series?
From dorm to dorm
Remember George? Yeah, the guy who specializes in violence and is the last person on earth who should drive a car. Well, we’ve gotten into trouble together and get kicked off our dorm in a record time. No biggie, we find a local motel and get a student discount and crash there, but the motel admin, a sporty 30s something, tall jock, warns us that drinking is strictly forbidden.
Good students
What do you think how likely it is that we, thirsty students, stopped drinking? We had few crazy parties with locals, almost put the kitchen onto fire and one night the police crashes in, we were minors and boom we got booted out. Again. Sucks. But we managed to get a second chance in the dorm, because school reps were very positive towards us because we had good grades and behaved well in school. No lie, we didn’t goof around school, I even liked learning about IT, I mean I still take a strong interest in it and later in life this same half-assed kicked-out education helped me a lot. So we get to stay, what do we do? We celebrate!
It’s Friday and we met some local thugs and we all crashed into dorm, we were being extremely sneaky, think we had about 7 bottles of vodkas that night and boom at 6AM the dormkeeper jumps in and starts screaming. So me and George, both being totally wasted, and homeless, yet again, what we do? Well we go to school and behave like everything’s normal, much to our surprise the teachers were very bothered by the fact that we were „slightly“ drunk. Weird intentions, I suppose. Ofc ourse we expelled from school. No home, no school, no money. Well fuck it, back to hometown, we hijack a ride and are back at where we started in no time.
Meet Ginny
So we meet George’s good ol’ friend Ginny, I’ve heard a lot about him, a spoilet brat with rich mother, but extremely shy and lacks social skills. Really short too, I’d say 5’3“ maybe, but he liked the idea of having George around as a bodyguard. And we liked the fact he always had money, he even took us in under his mother’s place where we got hired as assistants instantly. Our first task was to buy 10 brand new laptops. But George had other plans. We headed to the nearest bar and started drinking, I can’t even remember which bar, but that amount of alcohol could’ve possibly killed 4 normal men. Not us, we were far from normal. It’s really blurry but I think we got into fight with some tourists. Some hard-to-recall moments.
But being homeless, yet again, I manage to organize us a place to stay at this one rapper’s place that I used to know. I used to be a rapper, not a very good one, but that’s not the point. Just by coincidence this dude is heading to a romantic spa for a week, so he trust us to have his place for a week. Fine with us. But we’re running low on money, what we do? Well George had a fine taste in watches, much like I do, except I’ve never had money, but George had a mint Rolex Daytona on his hand that he just pawned for 600$ which is just ridiculous if you think about it now, but at that time it sounded like a blessing. We had a place, we had money. I remember when we went to stock up on alcohol there were a group of 12 year old kids by corner and they came to us begging that we would buy them alcohol. I said alright, took the money and just walked away. Now that’s not nice of me, but I don’t think that 12 year olds should drink, and yes, I’m a hypocrite. Kids should be glad nobody called the cops.
Around that period I meet one wonderful woman, who falls for me, but I was too slow to identify that and I somehow managed to crush her heart completely. But I was so oblivious at that time, might’ve been 17 or 18. I still think about her nowadays, but I was stuck so deep in that black hole. That’s the last I remember about that confusing period. It's been a rocky road for sure.
Bye George
Fast forward 2 years, haven’t heard from George in 2 years, because one time drinking we got into a serious fist fight and cut contact since and I see in local tv news that George has been driving under strong influence and got into a very serious accident where 2 people almost died. Police came on the scene and George made a huge scene out of it, being left with tasting asphalt. I heard he got 4 years, which means he should be out soon, but damn what a toxic moron. I’ve also heard that he’s not very popular in jail for snitching some shit out. Well, that’s karma.
But my adventures are from over, at that moment I’m still homeless and I need to figure some shit out, FAST.

I've read all your stories and by this point I am just amazed that you are still alive to write them....
