People in history and their reincarnations

IŽve been talking for some time about famous characters that had a new life and also became famous, but not everyone is like that.
It has been mentioned that Hitler was Attila, but Hitler after being the feared dictator that initially did much good to his people, because he took them out of a terrible economic crisis, took form as an ordinary and common being, of those you encounter daily in the southamerican streets. Hitler was actually a person trying to ammend his mistakes, because he hasnŽt had his karmic trial yet. He does have illnesses because of his years as a dictator.
He is trying every means to return to the mystical path but he will have to do many more lives to pay for what he did, and he will have to visit hell for several years.
Gengis Khan, on the contrary, was in hell before and was taken out of it by the karma judges to put him as the current President of China. His unchallenged greed and ambition will unleash the Third World War.
But they are not all 100% bad. Gengis Khan will leave his country in a very good standing, and China will indirectly help many other countries because its a soul with much strength.
In a former post, I mentioned Cristopher Columbus, Pancho Villa, Napoleon, etc. They roamed the earth waiting for judgement day. The very same Joseph Stalin is an ordinary person which tries to ammend what he did but time is against him because he is a few lives short of finding himself into the infraworld. Many special beings are used again to make some nation pay the karma that is due, but others, lets say they "retired" and now continue their cycle as ordinary people.
