I was breathless the entire time. What a magical story! Now I have to backtrack and read the rest. This is very well written @dreemit! It's an absolute gem.
Thank you! Short stories are a new thing for me, previously the only thing I've written under fifty pages are letters :) I actually considered that as an idea, letters between friends and I may do it down the road, but this came to me so I'm running with it, getting a feel for the length and the pace it needs to be. I appreciate your feedback so much!
