I feel like my workouts are getting so much better every single day- I’m really enjoying it! I share the concept that our thoughts and feelings are not us. We can separate ourself from our thoughts and feelings and not act up on them or make them part of us.

I’ve been meditating before I eat with the headspace app using the mindful eating section. I feel this practice is really helps me separate the urge to binge.
